A note from Carolina
I built it before I taught it.
I started as a lash artist with a passion for beauty and a vision for something bigger.
Over the last 10 years in the beauty industry, I've gone from working hands-on with clients to building and leading a thriving beauty business. And along the way, I learned one of the most important lessons: building a busy business and building a profitable business are two very different things.
